A wedding called off by a bereavement or a serious injury affects more than the day itself. If that happens for a covered reason, there's cover for professional counselling afterwards.
The short answer
Does wedding insurance include support after a cancellation?
Yes. After a covered cancellation or postponement, Wedding Insurance AU includes cover for professional counselling for up to 180 days, up to the tier limit. It covers the counselling expenses you necessarily incur as the insured. Psychologist and psychiatrist services aren't covered under this section.
